The bank offers fixed rate loans with terms of 15, 20 or 30 years. The adjustable-rate mortgage loans offered by Clifton Savings are primarily based on a 30-year amortization schedule and interest rates and payments adjust annually after a one, five, seven or ten-year initial fixed period.
