The Chase Bank Freedom rewards credit card is a premium rewards credit card.  This credit card combines a low introductory credit card rate with standard credit card rewards as well as bonus credit card rewards on select categories of transactions including gas purchases.

The rewards attribute of this credit card allows the account holder to earn 1% cash back on every eligible credit card purchase.  The card also allows the account holder to earn 3% bonus cash back offers in eligible categories like gas, home improvement and department stores.

There are no spending caps that constrain the maximum number of rebates that can be accumulated in the rewards program.  The rewards points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including gift certificates, hotel stays, car rentals, airline flights and other merchandise.  As an added bonus this Chase credit card has a cash back bonus of $50.00 cash after the first purchase.  The $50.00 cash bonus is a one-time bonus offer for new credit card accounts.

After the introductory credit card rate, the interest rate will fall into one of three tiers of pricing dependent on the credit card applicant’s qualifications.  The best rate or Elite Pricing by Chase is based on the prime rate plus 9.99% the next credit tier or Premium Pricing is based on the prime rate plus 14.99%, the final tier is the Standard Pricing which is determined by the prime rate plus 19.99% for any outstanding and new credit card balances after the introductory period.

Restrictions and limitations to the credit card program may apply.  Rates, fees and rewards terms are determined by Chase Bank and may be changed.  Credit card pricing and terms are based upon the bank’s review of the applicant’s credit history and information furnished on the credit card application.
