15 year fixed rate mortgage at 5.000% with no points and an APR of 5.142%.

For an adjustable rate mortgage, Bank of the West mortgage rate on a 5 year ARM is at 4.500% with no points and a 3.690% APR.

Bank of the West offers numerous other mortgage rates and terms including FHA loans that provide slightly more flexible credit and qualifying standards.
 
Bank of the West has a program called Relationship Pricing available to qualifying Bank of the West customers which requires applicants to maintain a Bank of the West personal checking account with a debit card and automatic electronic mortgage payments.
