Only recently, Citibank has expanded the value of this credit card by increasing the length of time on the introductory credit card rate on balance transfers. If you apply for the Citibank credit card now you will receive 21 months of zero interest on credit card balance transfers. In addition, new credit card holders of the Citi Platinum Select MasterCard will have a zero percent introductory credit card rate on purchases for the first 21 months.
After the introductory zero percent interest rate period expires, the credit card interest rate will be a variable rate based on the Prime Rate with a current rate of 11.99% to 19.99%, depending on your credit history and other qualifying factors. The credit card rate is based on the Prime Rate plus a margin of 8.74% to 12.74% for both purchase transactions and credit card balance transfers.

There is a credit card balance transaction of fee of either $5.00 or 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, whichever is greater.

The credit card due date or grace period is at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle.
